Information collected
The project-intake form collects your name, email, business or organization, industry, service area, project goals, expected pages, and privacy consent. It also offers optional fields for role, current website, features, brand/content/domain/hosting readiness, examples, budget range, timeline, maintenance interest, decision process, accessibility needs, referral source, and notes. Netlify may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and spam signals.
Do not submit passwords, credentials, access codes, payment-card data, Social Security or other government identification numbers, private health information, children’s data, or other sensitive secrets.
Purposes and sharing
Information is used to evaluate and respond to inquiries, plan potential services, keep necessary business records, secure the form, and prevent abuse. Sonoran Siteworks does not sell submitted information. Netlify provides hosting and form processing, and Google/Gmail receives inquiry notifications and communications. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect rights and security.
Retention
- Unconverted inquiries and related email: delete within 12 months after the last substantive contact.
- Spam, bot submissions, and routine security/request logs: delete within 90 days where Sonoran Siteworks controls deletion; vendor-controlled copies follow vendor settings and terms.
- Privacy requests and completion records: keep for 3 years after closure to document the response, while minimizing copied identity data.
- Client records if an engagement begins: move to the client record schedule; signed contracts, invoices, tax, and payment records are kept for 7 years after the relevant tax year or longer when a legal hold or applicable law requires.
- Reusable credentials or secrets: should never be submitted here; if received unexpectedly, they are secured, revoked or returned, and deleted as soon as practicable.
A documented legal hold, dispute, fraud investigation, or legal requirement may pause routine deletion only for affected records.
Security and spam handling
Access is limited to Ivan Sanchez as form owner and authorized Netlify/Google personnel needed to provide their services. Suspected spam may be filtered, quarantined, blocked, or deleted without a response. Reasonable account, access, and incident procedures are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Ivan Sanchez is the incident owner for this website and intake.
Cookies and analytics
Sonoran Siteworks does not currently add analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies. Essential hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request data. This policy will be updated before materially different tracking is enabled.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing sonoransiteworks@gmail.com. Ivan Sanchez handles requests. Include the email address used for the inquiry and enough detail to locate it; do not send an identity document unless specifically necessary. Identity may be verified by replying from the original address or another proportionate method. Requests are acknowledged within 10 business days and targeted for completion within 30 calendar days, subject to applicable law, legal holds, and required records. If more time is reasonably needed, the requester will be told why and given a new target date.
Children and changes
This business website is not directed to children under 13, and the form should not be used to submit children’s information. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
